Positive: We were given good instructions for accessing the site and the flat over the phone (though arriving after dark and in the rain made things trickier!). The studio itself is a good size with a sofa, dining table and chairs, kitchenette and a double bed that folds up against the wall when not in use. Outside the back door is a covered patio with table and chairs. There are lots of parking spaces and outside the main gate is the recycling and rubbish bin area. This site is about 100 metres off the east coast main road and there are shops and the beach within walking distance.
