cleaning: guest(s) agrees to ensure the next guest has a great experience by leaving the condition of the property in a reasonably clean state Guest(s) will be charged additional cleaning fees, at the hosts discretion, if this standard is not met. If the home is extremely dirty after checkout beyond what a reasonably courteous guest would normally leave a home in, guests will be charged extra for a professional full cleaning as well as an additional convenience fee of $50.
