lesquite, pronounced less-quite and meaning "home at the end of a wood", nestles at the end of our farm drive in the midst of beautiful cornish countryside, and is an organic working farm The gardens are informal with lots of bulbs, trees and roses. We have tried to make it wildlife friendly, and you can see butterflies and moths and imagine badgers, foxes and otters peeping through the undergrowth. Buzzards, barn owls and tawny owls live here, and moorhens and mallard hatch their eggs near the pond. Having planted over a thousand crocus bulbs, we really look forward to the spectacular Spring colour.
