Positive: Good location- underground 6 mins walk away, convenience stores near by Good water pressure on the shower Room has a window facing the garden which was incredibly helpful during the heatwave Neighbourhood not too noisy, occasional tube noises at night but not enough to disturb sleep Good value for money given it’s a studio with window and close to the tubes

Negative: No handwash/ toiletries supplied- neither in the kitchen nor in the bathroom No cutleries supplied, despite pots and pans in the kitchen No dishwashing liquid in the kitchen Bad WiFi speed which keeps getting disconnected most of the time. No hairdryer No curtains on the window, so plenty lights through the blinds to wake us up as soon as the sun rises Bed not very comfortable with its spring mattress Few drawers broken on the chest of drawers The WC has a constant water leak from the cistern The outside bin was overflowing hence couldn’t empty our bins The common area to the studio isn’t clean No tea/ coffee/ milk/ any food items supplied TV positioned too high, has only the basic channels and is very difficult to navigate through. We stayed during the heatwave, would have appreciated if supplied with even a tiny fan- there was nothing to cool down the room except the window
