the studio flat is an annex to my flat so i'm just next door if you need anything - both flats are isolated and self sufficient with their own front doors - there's a tiny hallway at the front that we both use but that's it so you can see me as little or as much as you like! :-) the flat is accessible via a lockbox at the front door and is self sufficient so you have all the utilities there if you want to cook for yourself whilst staying here my name is michael - feel free to contact me if you have any questions before hopefully making your booking!

enjoy your stay in a newly renovated, self-contained recently renovated studio annex flat on the raised ground floor of a beautiful victorian house It boasts an en-suite, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and modern conveniences like Alexa and TV with FireTV, washing machine, small hob, oven/microwave/grill combo. It's fresh, clean, and perfect for relaxation. It is an annex flat and so there is a tiny shared hallway at the front but both flats are completely self contained and have their own lockable front doors so there are no shared spaces. It also boasts being just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Bushy Park.
