in the heart of black périgord, grives our character house is located on a shaded ground on the edge of a very pretty typical hamlet circaud, ownership of 1 hectare (fruit trees, conifers, bamboo, palm trees ..) with its large swimming pool (very sunny) enjoys a beautiful view of the valley with beautiful scenery. the location is ideal for walks and rest close to nature.
