the home is equipped with everything you will need during your stay There is a coffee maker (coffee provided), beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, fully stocked kitchen, charcoal grill (pack charcoal), full sized kitchen appliances and more. PLEASE NOTE- we highly recommend bringing your own drinking water and ice.
the property is a short walk to the jetty's where you can fish all day - there is also a park by the jetty's that is great for families with kiddos Near the park is a small splashpad to enjoy, make sure to get one of the best Burgers around from Jetty Shack (you won't regret it).

other things to note:
- we highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during hurricane season Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster, you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free, but we will not issue full refunds.
- this property is on the city of surfside's water There is potential for an occasional Sulphur smell. We have never had issues with our water quality; however, we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.
- please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.
- there is a charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils
