while i am pet-friendly, i allow dogs and cats only and a maximum of 2 pets total I do charge an extra pet fee of $50 per stay to cover additional cleaning measures. I have no size or breed restrictions.

• all areas in the house are available to guests except for the owner's closet in the upstairs hallway
• the house is located near the above-ground metro and amtrak train station While this makes those transit choices convenient, it also comes with some associated noise: the light rumble of the metro trains on the elevated tracks, and the occasional sound of a train horn. However, we have never experienced any issues with excessive noise inside the townhouse. For instance, it does not affect your ability to have a conversation or watch TV. The metro trains do not run after midnight (2am on weekends) and the Amtrak and commuter trains are infrequent. I also provide earplugs and white noise machines in the bedrooms for light sleepers.
