Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was fab. Just a short walk to the beach and a short drive / bus journey to Whitley Bay town centre. The caravan was very spacious.

Negative: The overall cleanliness wasn’t the best. The air fryer looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for ages and we had to clean the kettle as there were bits of limescale floating about in it. Some of the sheets were a bit stained. I had also booked for 7 of us and there was no bedding left for the sofa bed so we had to improvise a little as there were only 6 beds made up. I did message when we realised - to be fair it was half 9 at night, but I have never received a response.
