Built in 1912 by a prominent lumber baron, the home has been well cared for and updated with a newly remodeled kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. House is situated on a double lot with a two stall garage. Fenced in backyard has a deck, grill, fire pit and volleyball net. Your well behaved dog is welcome for a $60 fee. Neighborhood playground, tennis and pickleball courts just blocks away. In summer, visit the Farmer's Market and enjoy Music In The Park on Wednesdays.
