Positive: The property was very clean and the Breakfast a lovely bonus. Good location but a 10 minute walk to the busy part of the town.
Negative: The location is at the side of a very busy road and the traffic starts and ends very late.At the side of a very noisy pub, the windows are single glazed. There are gaps around the internal doors so could hear every noise in the building . We were in room 4, nice sea view but not a relaxing stay .
Summary: Choose elsewhere if you don’t like noise
