Positive: The owner spent a lot of time making this property a place that people enjoy. Inside it wants for nothing and even has an out building to sit in and a great patio area.with it being 1 mile to A1 and 1.5 mile into Holly Island there are loads to visit and do,with mature reserves near bye.The owner visited to check we were ok,a nice helpful lady who had a wealth of local knowlege on places to visit.

Negative: Lose to main line railway,but it never woke us up through the night.

Summary: A lovely Northumberland propery well situated for beaches tourism etc.
