it is in the perfect location nestled in the quiet dollar hill 2 community and less then a 5 minute drive to downtown tahoe city where you will find a safeway, cvs, and many restaurants and shops just 15 minutes to palisades, northstar, & homewood ski resorts!

location, location, location! dollar hill 2 is equally distanced from palisades and northstar resorts, biking distance to beach and 5 minutes from downtown tahoe city dining and shopping Safeway is only 2 miles away.
this 4-level condo townhome offers plenty of space for the whole family! the home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms Enjoy lounging in the spacious great room and cooking in the fully-stocked kitchen. The balcony overlooks the heated outdoor pool (summer-only), shared club-house with saunas (check COVID policies) and hot tub. Pets allowed, maximum 2 well behaved dogs.
