We have created this place with "outdoorsy" people in mind who like to be gone all day either exploring, hiking, or visiting Fort Collins or Cheyenne. It's mostly a place to Boondock (dry camp) with your own RV, and relax comfortably, not spend the entire day inside.
we have several rv sites, located near a river and supreme hiking trails
on our private ranch! at night, stargazing is amazing, without city lights, and the birdwatching is spectacular as well as wildlife sightings We also have an outside table for you with fire-pit. We prefer self contained units, Class A friendly, trailers are welcome. everything you need to relax and have a mini-vacation on a beautiful piece of property with views of the mummy range and rocky mountain national park!
you can contract for fresh eggs, a breakfast scramble, or fresh chorizo to add to your breakfast, cinnamon or orange rolls, and fire wood is 15 bucks a bundle! (we bring it to your site)
