first floor: open floor plan includes living room, dining room, and kitchen Kitchen has an island with modern appliances and an adjacent laundry room. There is a small wood stove in the kitchen area that is perfect for cozy mornings. Walk out of the kitchen to a very private deck with a gas grill plus seating for 8 and a fenced backyard. A second, larger wood stove in the living room creates a cozy space with a sleep sofa and TV, DVD/VHS player. The dining room seats 8 comfortably. On the first level, the main bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large picture window for gorgeous morning views. The second bedroom has a double bed. Two full bathrooms (showers only) are on the main floor. The screened side porch is a perfect place to read on the futon or rocking chairs.
