6 The snowplow comes in the early morning around 3 a.m cars must be all the way at the top of the driveway to plow, and no street parking in winter.
7 Master deck, BBQ and Backyard are not usable during winter (Oct-May) due to the snow/ice that can accumulate. Shovel snow off the outside stairs to avoid snow and ice build-up for your safety during your stay.
