Lovely recently renovated house on enclosed plot of one hectare nature surrounded by fields belonging to us, vineyards, acacia forest with its magnificent orchard full of fruit trees. Very spacious house, living room 50m2, tastefully decorated. 5 bedrooms. Kitchen with bar. 2 fireplaces. 2 large terraces, 1 of which is covered for outdoor dining. Large barbecue. Very pleasant house to live in, cool, shady even in the hottest weather. Swimming pool 50m2, 1.50 metres deep, with 4 sun loungers. For nature lovers only! In a quiet Médoc hamlet, but with plenty of entertainment just a few kilometres away by bike or car. In our orchard, with its magnificent weeping willow, you can come across deer, storks, foxes and badgers. 15 minutes from the immense beaches of Montalivet with its surf, motorbikes and classic cars and 20 minutes from the picturesque town of Soulac sur Mer with its houses and festivals in the 1900s. 10 minutes to the small ports of the estuary and the great vineyards of the Haut Médoc. Fishing lake 1km away. Quiet location at the crossroads of cycle paths, hiking and horse-riding trails. Polders very typical of the Médoc, cycle tracks full of horses and cows 500 metres away. Very quiet neighbourhood. Neighbours to the left 150 metres away, no other neighbours opposite or near the house. Not overlooked, very large plot behind the house. Direct departure on foot or by bike in the vineyards from the house on endless paths towards the estuary.
