potential noise during day throughout lakeside & surrounding areas: it is common during the weekdays and daytime hours that the nearby military base is doing fighter jet trainings above the lake, and will be noticeably loud noise when they go directly overhead some think is a cool feature as do we but want to disclose!

- you are free to use the cookware and appliances as they are meant to be used at your discretion
- no smoking inside the house
- hot tub cover is only to be removed when in use, and must be covered at all other times when not in use This will keep it clean, and maintain the water balance. Exposure to sunlight heavily degrades the chemicals used for balance and cover must be left on when not in active use. thank you for your attention to this matter!
- only dogs allowed Max of two dogs per reservation. The property has no fenced-in area, so dogs must be taken out on a leash. Please clean up all waste left by your pets.
- please be respectful of neighbors during your stay, and if you have any complaints or concerns from neighbors during your stay feel free to provide our contact info and let us deal with any issues so you can enjoy your stay and leisure!
- if the house is too cold, or too warm, for your liking use thermostat in main hallway to adjust to the desired temperature
