Summary: I booked this room for a one night event at Dickey’s Arena with family and friends. The host reached out in a timely manner and let us know the details of checking in, he also let us know that the day before, and after our reservation were available upon request. When I and my guest arrived on the day of our reservation, we found that the property had not been cleaned from the previous reservation. The host then contacted us and said they will have a cleaning crew to come over while we were there and clean, which made several people in my party uneasy. The cleaning crew was there less than 30 minutes and did a very minimal job. The host was very apologetic and offered to reimburse me the cleaning fee which he as yet to do a week later. I’m attaching pictures of how we found the property upon arrival.
