5 Bedroom House in New Marlborough
Newly renovated house in the Southern Berkshires on small horse farm. Huge kitchen, 5 bedrooms. Close to Butternut mountain, Garfield Lake, Great Barrington, Lenox, Tanglewood and Jacob's Pillow.
we just finished a gut renovation of this property The kitchen has a restaurant quality stove and tons of amenities. There is a fireplace, a deck and a lovely stream that follows the line of the property. Behind the house is a small barn with four horses. The house has 5 bedrooms, four bedrooms have queen sized beds and the fifth has a bunk bed with a bottom double bed and a top single bed double and a trundle bed. The other bedrooms have queen size beds. The house has a built with an interior cooling vent which keeps the house nice and cool during the summer. Air-conditioner on main level adds to cooling.
