there are 2 living rooms off the kitchen area One is a smaller quaint sitting room to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. The other living room is a spacious open room with a large tv.
there is lovely informal dining room off the kitchen which is open to the living rooms Or there is a formal dining room for a special family dinner or a great place for cards and family board games.
there are 4 bedrooms: 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 full bed, perfect for a group getaway!
the large master bedroom has a king bed and is located on the main floor The master bathroom has a lovely garden jetted jacuzzi tub and very large walk in closet.

the upstairs has 3 bedrooms (2 Queen beds and one Full bed).
there is a large jack and jill bathroom with 2 vanities and one tub/shower for the 3 upstairs bedrooms to share but there is also a bathroom in the finished basement
downstairs is a finished basement that is great spot for tv watching or a game of ping pong! there is also an exercise room with a treadmill and some weights
there is also a bathroom downstairs with a tub/shower The basement does not have central heat or AC but has a portable heater and this area stays very comfortable year round.
