back deck: 2 chairs & table, grill, fenced in garden area

you’ll have the entire house to yourself Parking for 2 in the driveway. One car can fit under the carport. Free street parking as well.

- this is my home I ask that you take care of it just as you would your own house. Please take your shoes off when you come inside as the floors are all hard wood.
-the professional housekeeping fee covers a cleaning before you arrive
- absolutely no smoking inside
- please respect my neighbors and keep it down if you're outside after 10pm this is a city ordinances
-guests may not have mail delivered to the house via usps as the mailbox is located off-site
-please keep all indoor furniture inside the house!
-when you're done using the grill, please put the cover back on it.
