there is a lower apartment that is rented out separately and accessed via the basement-level door (where the lockbox is) Therefore, it is of utmost importance that you keep noise levels down in the kitchen and living area at night and in the mornings. Please don’t run the washing machine or dishwasher at an unreasonable hour when it is likely to disturb other guests. Thank you.
ballarat house is on a typically vibrant margate street and can occasionally be noisy Any disturbance is usually brief, but light sleepers should consider sleeping at the back of the property.
