our home is a stylishly furnished, comfortable, 2 level home with polished floorboards throughout The upstairs open plan kitchen/living/dining area has vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace and sliding doors leading to the outdoor entertainment terrace, garden, lawns & pool. The laundry, 3 double bedrooms, modern bathroom & separate WC are also located on this level. Downstairs there is a large study room/4th bedroom with a desk, 2 single beds (king single and a stowaway) and a small bathroom with toilet & shower.

The Broadwater beaches, parks & kids playgrounds are just down the street.
our location: we have an enviable hilltop location in a quiet residential street in labrador (just north of surfers paradise), offering panoramic coastline views and balmy sea breezes We are so handy to everything….just a short stroll down the street to the alfresco cafes, restaurants & bars along the waterfront. The Broadwater offers a wide range of outdoor recreational activities including beaches & swimming lagoon, kids playgrounds, watersports, fishing, boating, waterside parks & walking tracks.
- 5 mins drive to harbour town shopping centre for supermarket & grocery stores, discounted fashion outlets, fast food outlets, dan murphy’s liquor, restaurants, cafes & movie theatres (there are several smaller shopping outlets located even closer)
