don’t worry publix is 3 minutes away if you’re missing any popcorn or any other goodies!! there are great restaurants that’s also five minutes away if you feel like going out to eat while enjoy your stay don’t forget to visit a popular busch gardens and adventure islands!!
this home will make you feel like home away from home centrally located in the heart of tampa , being an average of 5-15 min away from everything !!!
house rules :
this is a beautiful older tampa home updated for our modern days As we aim to make your stay as comfortable as we can , our mission is to help our guest create Suite Memoriez in our vacation home . For us to do so , we would deeply appreciate it if you could follow these house rules . thank you in advance for your cooperation!!
1 Check in is at 4 pm and check out at 11am , you agree to a penalty fee of $50 additional hour if not check out by 11 AM. When requesting , we try to accommodate guest with late check out if possible , please note that an unauthorized late check out will result in the fee above . early check-in all depends on how early the prior guest checks out and how soon the cleaning services can have the suite ready for you to check in . if need early check in and we can accommodate it will be $25 per hour.
2 No contact self check in and checking out with smart keypad , the door lock code will be provided a day prior or the day of your arrival at check in time.
3 Please do not throw paper towels ,feminine product, hygiene products, or trash in the toilet if you do you will be responsible for plumbing costs. toilet paper only!!
4 Housekeeping will be provided for 28 days or more stays , this include full cleaning replacement of towels , bedding in stocking basic bathroom supplies . will leave extra linen, extra towels, etc for shorter stays. Two towels and cloth per guest.
5 each room sleeves 2 to 4 people, two air mattresses including , there is also a pull out couch,
6 Smoking is not allowed in a rental or in the inside patio if there is smoke in there will be a penalty of $400.
7 Quiet time is from 11 PM to 7 AM . No parties no gatherings. Reservation will be canceled with no refunds if I have any and will be charged 300.00
8 you must be 21 or older to book the rental
9 ID is required for booking.
10 Please let us know if anything accidentally break or any maintenance issues, so we can fix it before next guest checks in.
11 Please don’t take anything from rental if anything is missing you agree to a minimum charge of $400.
12 For your safety security cameras are located outside in the front and outside in the back. And a float light in the front.
13 Please park in the driveway there is room for four vehicles. or street parking is available!
14 For our and your records we communicate through a message system and a case of emergency please call our cell phone that will be provided to you at check-in time.
15 no illegal drugs allowed no smoking allowed
16 Please clean the grill after each use. all right i’ll be back
17 Trash goes in the blue bin on the side of the house. Please do not leave trash outside of the bin and raccoons will get into it and if they do you will be charge $125 extra cleaning fee for my cleaners or myself to pick it up.
18 Please no eating or drinking in the bedrooms, If there is any food or drink stains you will be charge $150.
19 Please treat this home with love & care like it’s your own home. and enjoy your stay with us !!
20 At the time a check out . please put all dishes in dishwasher , towels and linens in one pile for the cleaners . thank you
21 Garage door do not open !! Please don’t try to open it !! Thank you.
