southern grace is a one of a kind, gorgeous home that sits on 200 ft of fightingtown creek frontage This creek is well known to the avid trout fisherman and is one of the most beautiful creeks in North Georgia! This stream is stocked and is a catch-and-release only. Only barb less hooks are allowed to maximize the trout's chances for survival and growth.
access to the river is very easy with steps leading into the water Whether you've come to enjoy throwing a line or just chillin' in the cool mountain waters, this stream will not disappoint. There is a patio complete with fire pit at water's edge to enjoy a campfire along with some great conversation with friends or family. Unwind in the large hot tub located on the deck under a bed of stars.
