This south facing apartment is on an elevated site with stunning sea and mountain views, with its villas dotted here and there across the mountain, and can be seen from every window. There is also a 22 sq m terrace, fully equipped with dining table/chairs for 6 people and 2 sunbeds with large umbrella if you decide to take to the shade for the hottest part of the day. As the sun shines on this terrace all day long, this is a great spot to watch the sun rise as the boats go out to sea or watch them come back in with all their catch as the sun sets. This prime fully equipped apartment (including WiFi)is set into the mountains is in a quiet tranquil setting and yet only 5 minutes from the extensive 5km beach on Mojacar Playa. the apartment is literally 5/10 minutes walk from all the local amenities-
best beach, supermarket, many bars A wide variety of restaurants to choose from, bus services etc. Car hire not required but recommended if you want to fully appreciate the area. The apartment has its own designated parking space too. Bicycles can be hired locally if you so wish. A lift and stairs is available to this 4th floor apartment.
