this home is located near the top of a mountain and has spectacular views! due to its location, it does have a very steep driveway which may impact your ability to navigate your car up the drive to the home based on weather We strongly suggest having a 4-wheel drive vehicle. In inclimate weather and during winter months, we strongly recommend the use of snow or chained tires. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds should vehicles not be able to access the home.
this driveway is not suitable for guests traveling with busses, rv's, or campers
should weather or a driven vehicle prohibit you from using the driveway, there is a flat natural parking area halfway up the long drive If you choose to walk up the driveway, you assume your own risk of fall or injury.
