separate toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Cot and highchair available on request. Outhouse with washing machine and tumble dryer. Aga is only in use from Nov to March. Enclosed, lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Hot tub (private). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a river, 100 yards away. There is a fenced off railway line at the rear of the property with a scheduled service between 8.30am and 8.30pm.. Sluice Keeper’s Cottage has Georgian windows and is full of character and charm throughout. As you enter the property there is a reception hall, and the kitchen is hand crafted with granite surfaces and a traditional oil powered Aga and is very well equipped with great views. The comfortable lounge has leather furniture wrapping around a wood burner, and there is a formal dining room with French doors leading to a patio. Outside, the property has a fully enclosed, lawned garden with a terrace area to take in the views.
