upstairs you will find the master bedroom with large en-suite and doors opening out to a balcony with table and chairs and uninterupted views to the cairngorms There are a further 2 double bedrooms on the first floor one with an en-suite, a large luxury family bathroom and a games area with an Xbox and foosball table. The fourth bedroom is downstairs (twin) with en-suite. There is provision for two further guests in one of the bedrooms upstairs with pull-out beds.
