3 FEET OF FRESH POWDER FELL TODAY (3/15/17) - This studio condo is located slopeside at ski magazine’s #1 rated family vacation ski resort – smuggler’s notch. You are literally 300’ from the main resort lift with an outdoor deck that overlooks morse mountain, the main lift and the village. You are within a 3 minute walk to the village shops, restaurants, fun zone, teen center, lighted ice rink, year round guarded indoor pool and hot tubs and the tubing slopes. The resort has three great mountains with varying terrain for all levels to enjoy and a ski / snowboard school that is consistantly rated as one of the best in the country. Our condo sleeps four adults comfortably on 1 cal king bed and 2 individual sofa sleepers; we also have an optional serta pillowtop queen size inflatable mattress in the closet. There is a gas fireplace, 2 flat screen televisions (1 for gaming and dvd’s and the other has deluxe cable programing), one full size bathroom and a complete kitchen with a dining table that seats 4. This unit is our home and has been maintained as such..

Summary: Location of property is excellent. Updates needed in the unit. Pull out sofa bed is broken. We had to layer several blankets on top so our younger child can sleep on it. Even this way it wasn’t very comfortable. We made reservation for four , we only had three comfortable beds to sleep on. The sheet on this bed was dirty , it was never changed before we arrived. We had toChange it. Toilet had to be plunged a few times. Fireplace didn’t work. Telephone was not connected , we couldn’t call the shuttle . We received clean towels the second day we were there, which were placed on the floor in front of the bathroom. We also received additional sheets and pillowcases,. The pillowcases were folded but the sheets were placed on the floor next to the towels all bunched up. We werent sure if they were clean or dirty. We ran out of toilet paper and I had to look for housekeeping to get a couple of rolls. This place was listed as “ exceptional “. Once these problems are resolved it can be exceptional , right now it’s just OK.
