house rules:
1) primary renter must be 21 years of age or older, is required to complete a rental agreement and provide valid id upon booking and must be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2) must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement The card provided MUST be in the name of the primary renter. This will be placed on your card 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.

3) no check out's on major federal holidays You may be asked to alter your reservation to the day before or after.
