the house has surveillance cameras overlooking the garage and front door to keep guests and their cars safe There is also a noise monitoring device in the living area.
we are close to the ocean and while we strive to keep our windows clear from salt from the sea carried by wind and condensation, this is difficult to manage at times especially during storm season we have a hose on the balcony that you can use to wash down the windows if need be and a squeegie under the sink for those guests who would like to give the windows a wash if need be so they can enjoy the views even more!
it’s a peaceful neighbourhood and we like to ensure that we continue to have great relationships with our neighbours Please ensure that if you are bringing dogs, they are supervised at all times and not just left to bark in the backyard or left unattended. We want to continue to keep our home pet friendly.

- we have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- we also require a copy of the their id (front and back) This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- we also require a security deposit which we will authorize separately See House rules for more info. We are approved by Airbnb to do so.
- for last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- all confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of january, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $65 per night per item used
- booking tax notice: beginning 12 november 2023, a $30 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation
you may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary The guest agrees to allow the agent and/or appointed tradesperson to enter onto the property at any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints.
