central gas ducted heating keeps everyone warm and cosy, plus we have a wood fireplace in the living room and gas fireplace in the dining room
there are two modern bathrooms, main with spa bath and rain shower, both with under floor heating and a laundry with drying facilities as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen with coffee machine, cooktop and oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher plus an outdoor bbq We provide stand fans for the warmer months.
professionally serviced linen and towels, toiletries, tea, coffee and basic cooking supplies are all provided as is a basket of firewood (more can be purchased locally) and free unlimited nbn connected wi-fi Games, toys, DVDs, books and two flat screen TVs are also available for guest’s use with Apple TV allowing Netflix connection.

we are approximately 1 km from the katoomba railway station and the blue mountains explorer bus stop is just across the road Parking is available on the property and there is plenty of free on-street parking as we are located on a corner block.
