*right now the projector in the downstairs movie area is not working A previous guest messed with the cords. All other TVs work great though. apologies on this! :)

- the driveway is steep and gets very icy in the winter so this home is best rented by folks with 4wd and snow tires All weather is not the same as snow tires.
- projector is hard to operate sometimes and requires someone with slight tech experience so we don’t guarantee it’s availability
- backyard is semi-fenced Good for small dogs but large dogs will jump the fence so keep an eye on your pups at all times.
- pet rules: 2 dogs max, must pick up all dog poop, cannot leave pet home alone unless crated, keep dogs leashed when outside and keep pets off furniture and bedding

3 Do not leave pet unattended unless in a crate (this is when damage happens).
4 Keep dogs leashed while on walks in the neighborhood.

6 Please do your best to wipe your pets paws when they come inside to avoid carpet stains.
