Welcome to life on Lake Norman! Shades of Summer is a fabulous five-bedroom, three-bathroom house on the shores of Lake Norman. This charming ranch with a walkout basement is situated just off a quiet, tree-lined street in Denver, NC.
the open floor plan on the main level gives you views of the lake from almost every window The bright, open fully stocked kitchen has a bar with seating for 4 as well as an eat-in kitchen area open to the main living area. the kitchen offers a keurig and drip coffee maker giving each guest choices to make their morning joe! the main level has new furnishings with comfy couches, new large tvs, and sliders to a deck with grill, seating, and adirondack chairs - perfect spots to relax with morning coffee or an adult beverage!
the main level also hosts three bedrooms The primary bedroom, with a king bed, has sliders to the deck for private lake views and a recently remodeled master bath with a tiled glass shower. The 2 other main-level bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hall. One bedroom boasts a king bed, and the other has a queen. all bedrooms have new wall-mounted tvs!
in the fully finished basement, you will be drawn into a second living area with an air hockey table for young and old to enjoy! watch the exciting air hockey games at the high-top table New comfy couches and a wall-mounted TV are also available in the lower-level living area. The lower level has two bedrooms: one with two queens and the other with two twin-over-full bunks, each with its own TV, seating options, and a full bath and laundry room.
