Escape to this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, mostly private bungalow. Behind you and to the left are vacant lots. private heated pool (during the winter months) and very peaceful back screened in lanai. dual power recliners in the living room with a 65 inch TV. Brand new king size bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk in shower and 55 inch roku TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities: stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, air fryer, toaster, blender, dash waffle maker, crock pot, hand mixer, pots pans and a dash ice cream maker. The home is located approximately 25 minutes from the beautiful Boca Grande or Englewood beaches, about 5-10 minutes away from many many restaurants, sams club, walmart, aldi's and several other grocery stores. Approximately 10 minutes from the Port Charlotte Harbor Park, where you can rent kayaks, watch the amazing sunsets or fish on the peace river. Fisherman's village is approximately 15 minutes away.. You will love this property there is so much to do within a few minutes or you can be in your back yard and feel like you are in the middle of the woods unplugged. High speed internet is also available if you like to stream or watch videos..
