— no smoking: we have a very strict no-smoking policy (strictly no use of cannabis, e-cigarettes, tobacco, or anything alike) Any traces of smoking inside the property will result in a penalty of $1,000.
— put trash in bag: unbagged trash is extremely hard to take out and will be subject to an extra cleaning fee of $100
— pet rules: please pick up waste from pets Damage caused by pets will be subject to replacement costs. $250 per pet fee for any non-disclosed pets brought on the property.
— no parties or events: maximal number of guests allowed is 3 $500 fine against the rule. Cops will be called and legal actions will be taken if you host an event or throw a party at our property. Groups of visitors and party-size visitors are not allowed. Please ask for approval if you have visitors, and fees for additional guests will apply.
— quiet hours: 8 pm to 8 am Keep outside noise low during this time, and please move conversations inside. The home is located in a family setting and is only suitable for families, business professionals, and quieter groups. Please be respectful of the owners and the neighbors. Loud, late-night disturbances will be fined $500 accordingly.
