Recreation abounds here and if you are an outdoorsy person there is plenty to do at your doorstep. This apartment is also an easy 10 minute drive into the city, Belconnen or Woden. Lovely views across to Mount Stromlo.
the apartment features 1 queen bedroom and 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 underground parking space It has an open plan fully equipped kitchen/living/dining space. There is a verandah with a beautiful view looking out over to Mount Stromlo and the Stromlo Leisure Centre. There is an internal laundry with tumble dryer, lift access to the apartment level and 1 dedicated underground parking space. There is also some free street parking available.

the suburb wright is just a 10-15 minute drive to city, woden and belconnen There is a bus stop a short walk away on John Gorton Drive - buses here go directly to the City.
you'll also be next door to the famous mt stromlo mountain bike tracks and the new stromlo leisure centre and gym, that has a 50m pool and a 25m pool and kids splash zone!
it is located just close to the cotter road, so you easily drive out to see the cotter dam (there is also a plaground and bbq facilities there)
there are lots of local playgrounds, but the best local ones are the large ridgeline park playground at denman prospect 5 minutes away, or ruth park playground next to the lake (on the other side of john gorton drive)
for more local vibes, nearby denman village shops has honeysuckle cafe bar, domino's and an iga supermarket Or even closer is the Coombs shops where you can find the T-Bone restaurant & 80/20 cafe.
