City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.
** security hold is $750 and will be processed 5 days prior to arrival and returned on checkout day post inspection for damages (does not apply to airbnb reservations)**
* the person renting our house must be 25 years old per the city of palm springs
* there is an optional fee to heat the pool The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Please note this service is an additional $99 added to your stay each night you use the pool heating service, a minimum of 2 nights is required.
* additionally, any requests made less than 24 hours may not result in optimal usage and are ineligible for refund pool heating must be consecutive days not broken up
* the city of palm springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.

please note that the property’s mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option.

**cancellation policy & travel insurance recommendation
we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly to ensure transparency and fairness, we have a clear cancellation policy in place:
• 100% refund – guests may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking for a full refund
• 50% refund – after the 48-hour period, guests will receive a 50% refund if canceling at least 30 days before check-in
• no refund – cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable
because life is unpredictable, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment Once a reservation is confirmed, we offer guests the option to purchase travel insurance, which can provide coverage in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
