The Boarding House at Seminary Hill is a boutique hotel comprised of two historic homes, the Upper House and Lower House, with apartment-style accommodations. Each has been designed and renovated by local studio Homestedt following the elegant simplicity of the Shakers. Luxury mattresses and linen bed sheets meet Kilim rugs and functional design in this modern interpretation of a classic Catskills Boarding House. The kitchenette is equipped with a single burner induction stovetop, a complete set of cooking pans, and service ware – everything you need for cooking simple meals. With a queen bed in Bedroom 1 and two twin beds in the second bedroom, everyone will enjoy a restful night of sleep. The full bathroom boasts a walk-in shower with a glass door and luxury bath amenities.
