Seconds To The Beach, View From Deck, Sleeps 8 or 10 w/ Guest House 4 Bedrooms in the main house which sleeps 8, and a separate Guest House that will sleep 2 more for a total of 10! 2 full bathrooms in main house and a full bathroom in the Guest House. The Guest House also has a kitchen with a stove-top range, and refrigerator. The Guest House is rented separately from the main house . If you have over 8 people we require you take it and it is $150/night. Under 8 and you may chose to book it or not. We never book with a different family. We also have a 2nd story deck off the upstairs bedroom in the main house with deck furniture so you can relax and enjoy the mountain views while sipping your favorite beverage. There is even a peek-a-boo view of the ocean from the deck! There is a large fenced in patio in the front of the house with a delightful sitting area. There is a seven day minimum from May 31 to Sept 15 . Holidays are 10% more. new years, easter , memorial day, labor day, thanksgiving, x-mas
