Located just 25 minutes from Downtown Durango, 5 minutes to Lemon Reservoir and 10 minutes to Vallecito Lake. This cozy cabin is perfect for a relaxing and getting away from it all.
our home has a large outdoor deck equipped with a propane grill A full-size kitchen and spacious living room with a 50" smart TV. An additional 32" smart TV is in the master bedroom. If you're looking for a more rustic sound the home also offers a record player, bring your favorite! A cozy wood burning stove with glass front to wind down with. If you must work, enjoy the built in desk in the loft. Bringing a baby? There is a pack and play + baby tray for the dinner table.

pet policy
no dogs are allowed unless prearranged with the management company There is an additional pet fee of $100 per dog per reservation. Maximum 2 dogs. Renters are responsible for their pet(s) at all times and must ensure all solid wastes have been picked up and disposed of before departure. There will be a $500 fine if there is an unauthorized pet on the property.
note: the final mile to the property is a dirt/gravel road, and although it is well maintained, a vehicle with good clearance and awd is recommended
