Pleasant, comfortable, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Air-conditioned. Classic Fire Island cottage. Bedrooms are large, back bedroom has separate bath and private entrance. Great location. Bicycle and pedestrian friendly. A few minutes walk to Seaview market, beach, bay, and village of Ocean Beach.

Beautiful, fenced-in green backyard has large attached deck with built-in benches. Lots of privacy. Outdoor Weber BBQ grill, FIOS WiFi, and satellite TV.
our house was completely and professionally renovated in 2013 Everything inside is (almost) new. Two bedrooms have two twin beds each. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and attached bath. Enclosed outdoor shower with hot water.
please note that our minimum stay is seven days and six nights Check-in is at 12 PM on Monday and Check-out is at 4 PM on Sunday. This gives you another Beach day.
