the house is two roads back from bracklesham bay beach, a beautiful stretch of coastline popular with holidaymakers The beach is the star attraction, of course, but there's plenty more in the area to keep you occupied.
there's a co-op store close by where you can stock up on those essentials to fill the kitchen cupboards and fridge freezer at the start of your stay Bracklesham Bay also has an artisan coffee shop (Goat), Chinese takeaway, Indian takeaway, fish & chip shop, and Billy's on the Beach (a lovely seaside cafe/restaurant). There is also everything you will need in the nearby village East Wittering, with a fishmonger, butcher, pharmacy, greengrocers, and Supermarket.
we are also fortunate here with numerous great pubs to choose from! the lamb (west wittering), the shore (east wittering), and the wittering (west wittering)
there are water-based activities such as kite surfing, kayaking, and paddleboard hire for the adventurous types in your group And there's plenty to do in the nearby East and West Wittering, which has glorious sandy beaches.
chichester isn't too far away (20 minutes), a popular, historic city with bars, restaurants, pubs, shops and coffee shops It has a cathedral and a renowned theatre too.
if you're in the area for horse racing at goodwood or the festival of speed, booking to stay here means you won't have far to go to get to and from the venue
