the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a great holiday - electric oven & grill, gas cooktop, microwave, pod-style coffee machine, fridge/freezer & dishwasher!
to the rear of the house, all 3 bedrooms are spacious & have built-in wardrobes The master bedroom along with bedroom 2 both have comfy queen beds. The 3rd bedroom offers two single beds. all bed linen & bath towels are provided
the family bathroom offers a full sized shower, bathtub & wc
guest access:
off street guest parking for your car & boat is provided in the driveway and single carport The entire house is available to guests with the exception of a locked off supply storage cupboard.
for your arrival, we would be happy to meet you at the property (business hours monday-friday & saturdays until 3pm) or simply leave keys available for you in the lock box located at the property

Pets are not able to be left unattended at the property for long periods of time - this is due to dogs howling all day when left in a strange new environment & as a result upsetting the neighbourhood. Pets are strictly not allowed on furnishings & you will need to bring your own pets own bedding & food bowls etc.

pets - prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet A fee of $55 is payable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.
security deposit A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Seas the Day Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.
