Positive: Cozy with a great view (of the sky) through big windows! Good beach access and a state park is a short walk away. Puzzles & books available and a well stocked kitchen with a large fridge. Lots of seating and comfy couches. Unique old house funky vibe, not too fancy. Good pillows. Huge tub and two showers. Nice washer and dryer. Had plenty of supplies available (soaps, towels, etc)
