In terms of appointment, the living room features ample light from an oversized skylight adorning the top of the fireplace mantle and multiple seating areas for guests to relax with a book in hand. The kitchen features four seats for guests to enjoy their meals directly at the kitchen island or they may choose to retire to the dining room for a more formal experience, in which a six top dining table accommodates meals with a view of the pool and golf course. A second couch and living area is available to guests directly adjacent to the dining table, which will offer larger groups the ability to enjoy TV in the primary living area while an alternate group might enjoy board games in the second living area.
