both bedrooms have queen beds, and there's also a queen-sized pullout couch to ideally fit groups of 4-6

The town offers just enough small businesses to suit your needs - ice cream shop, coffee shop, steak & wings pub, and other eateries. Recreationally, Palmer Lake is best for fishing, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, biking, running, and hiking.
with that mountain town vibe, we do have dirt roads which require 4wd in the winter months We also occasionally have wildlife guests which mainly consists of deer, but we've also spotted raccoons, foxes, turkey, mountain lions and bears on the property..
