this off-grid, two bedroom log cabin has a private hiking trail along the top of the deacon escarpment leading to your stunning view of golden lake Enjoy exploring, hiking, and canoeing; Cabin Comforts:propane fireplace, fridge/freezer, kitchenware, stove with oven, washroom with composting toilet and vanity with cold running water. Bedrooms each have single over double bunks. The parking area is 600m(3 season), 1.7km in the winter, free shuttle!

this cabin is completely off-grid for a light footprint camping experience with minimal impact to the escarpment environment!

-solar fridge/freezer, propane stove and fireplace; propane heater in bedroom 1
-composting toilet
-interior and exterior solar lighting -seasonal cold, running water -seasonal solar shower, which you may have to boil water for if there is no sun that day, or pack body wipes

**no plug-ins for electrical appliances
there is a private deck view of the bonnechere valley The forest and ponds of the escarpment provide wildlife viewing year round especially in the winter for the whitetail deer migration. don't forget your camera!
